3. The Offer will be live from 1st day to 8th day (“Order Period”) of every month unless revoked and/or altered, by Marico (in its sole discretion). Customers are requested to visit the Website for getting periodic updates on the Offer.
4. The Customers must note that the orders having New Food items above the value specified below shall be eligible for the offer.
5. Below are the offers:
a. On the first order above Rs 2200 from the Website during the Order Period, the Customer will be provided with a coupon code which can be used to avail a 25% discount (Up to a maximum Rs.1000) on an order placed by the 8th day of the same Month.
b. On the first order above Rs 1500 from the Website during the Order Period the Customer will be provided with a coupon code which can be used to avail a 15% discount (Up to a maximum Rs.600) on an order placed by the 8th day of the same Month, and
c. On the delivery of the first order of above Rs 1500 from the Website, the Customer will be provided with a Unique Coupon Code on the second order if made during the Order Period, which can be used only once to avail a 15% discount (Up to a maximum Rs.500) on the subsequent order placed by the 25th day of the same month.
6. The Customers must note that the Unique Coupon Code can only be redeemed till the 25th of the same month on purchases of New Foods items.
7. The eligible customer will receive the Coupon Code through e-mail or SMS on the email address or mobile number registered with the customer's Saffola.in account.
8. The Unique Coupon Code can only be availed by the Customer only once, irrespective of the number of purchases or value of purchase made on the Website.
9. The tentative delivery date and time for each order will be intimated to the customer at the time of ordering. Any revisions to the same due to supply interruptions will be intimated in advance.
10. The product delivery would depend on the availability of stocks and delivery capability. Considering the dynamic nature of the restriction on movement of goods and individuals in light of COVID 19, the delivery may be impacted and will be accordingly communicated to the customers.

12. Under no circumstances will the benefit being offered under this Offer be provided in cash by Marico, i.e., there are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the benefits under this Offer. 13. Any disputes arising under the Offer will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subjected to the sole jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
